Get to Know The Seasoned Soul Sister

I call myself The Seasoned Soul Sister because life has put me through the fire, and I came out with more than just scars—I came out with wisdom. Seasoned doesn’t mean perfect, and it doesn’t mean old. It means I’ve been marinated in experiences—good, bad, and everything in between—and those experiences gave me flavor, depth, and strength I didn’t know I had.

I’m a soul sister because I believe in connection. I believe women, especially women of faith, carry stories in our souls that can lift one another up. Being a sister means I’m not above you, I’m not behind you—I’m walking beside you.

So when I say Seasoned Soul Sister, it’s my way of honoring both the battles I’ve fought and the bond I share with every woman who’s still standing after her own storms. It’s a name that keeps me humble and reminds me that healing is never just for me—it’s for the whole sisterhood.
